People with an eye for detail, people who are obsessed with style and design. Picky people. But they’re busy and impatient, so my site must look very good as well as work efficiently. That’s not an easy thing to find in the huge swamp of those who claim they are ‘web designers’. Too many sites add on all the bells and whistles just because they can or use “Generic” templates. Rich knows all about how to do the buttons and fancy add-ons, but knows when to use them.
